When ICS Thailand arrived on-site, the damage from the typhoon was catastrophic. ICS was tasked with conducting a comprehensive disaster recovery assessment and procuring emergency materials to restore the cooling towers to full functionality.

Without power on the island, conditions were rough for the locals and ICS team as well.

This is how we left the towers, rebuilt, upgraded and the power plant ready to produce power.

Cooling Tower Disaster Recovery

After the Leyte typhoon devastated Malitbog’s cooling towers, Energy Development Corporation (EDC) urgently required professional disaster recovery services. ICS Thailand was the first response team on the ground, conducting:
